Our Plastisol Hot Dip Coating is engineered for durable vinyl dip coating applications, delivering consistent coverage and strong adhesion across a wide range of metal substrates. Our 511-413 formulation is a high-performance black plastisol, that is ideal for coating racks, baskets, hooks and other handling equipment you may use in your plating and finishing processes. This formulation provides abrasion resistance, flexibility, and long-term protection and highly efficient electrical insulation properties.
Available in 1 gallon, 5 gallon and 55 gallon containers.

Our Vinyl (PVC) dip coating is sold in bulk through distributors. It offers a versatile solution for uniform protection across most metal components. This hot dip coating method, often referred to as plastic dip coating or plasti dip coating, utilizes a thermoplastic coating system based on vinyl plastisol to form tough, flexible finishes. Our plastisol coatings are available in black and green plastisol formulations and are ideal for corrosion resistance, abrasion, and impact protection. Beyond plating and finishing processes, vinyl dip coating performs exceptionally well for chain link fence coatings, metal roofing products, as well as tool handles, wire racks, and protective caps for electrical components.
